Fresh vegetables...from Guillermo's store. We don't know how it works but local farmers know him well enough. Artichokes from El Prat, aubergines and tomatoes from his garden... Ah! We have not yet discovered where the potatoes come from, but what is for sure, our bravas wouldn't be so tasteful without such a premium quality.
